A first permanent home for a local oyster shucker and seafood seller who started out with a roaming cart. The room sits in a heritage building downtown, and the design was kept restrained on purpose so the building's character, the seafood and the staff carry the room. Finishes and decor were chosen to support the seafood, not compete with it. Designed and built by EDDA.
