I entered Ugly Duckling as a first-time restaurateur who'd never taken on a construction project of any kind. I was drawn to EDDA by how much I loved other rooms that they'd designed and built around Victoria. I can't express how happy I am with that decision. Through every step of the process, the EDDA Team was available with salient wisdom and patient guidance. They translated my vague notions of how the room should look and feel into a design that's more aligned with my vision than I could have imagined. The quality of their craftsmanship is stunning, and they showed kindness, patience, and integrity from our first meeting through project completion. I can't recommend them highly enough.
