A second location for a roaster who wanted a place to show off his coffee. The footprint was small and the program was not: a bakery, a high-service coffee bar, seating, washrooms and storage all had to fit. Warm tones, wood and handmade details set the feel, and a large-scale mural by Lydia Beauregard anchors the room. Designed and built by EDDA on a modest budget.
