A full building envelope renewal on an occupied multi-family building: new roofing, siding, windows and doors, plus replacement balconies and railings. Residents stayed in their homes for the full six months, so much of the job was managing access, safety and disruption around them. Delivered by EDDA at a competitive price and on schedule.
