Herald Street Brew Works

Tenant Improvement
506 Herald St, Victoria
Complete
A conversion of an existing building in Victoria's Old Town into a working brewery and tasting room, built through COVID. Conditions uncovered on site forced changes to the structural plan. The drawings called for a CLT mezzanine; EDDA designed and fabricated a nail-laminated timber version for roughly one tenth of the cost. A large glass garage door opens the tasting room to the street. Architecture by dHKarchitects, interior design by Mike Spence and EDDA, construction by EDDA.
