A colourful, detail-heavy room centred on a bar and stage, perimeter banquettes and a large multi-tiered chandelier whose crystals took our foreman days to assemble. Behind the scenes, EDDA rebuilt the washrooms, reworked the kitchen, extended the four-season patio and reclaimed an unused basement for refrigeration and prep: the infrastructure a busy restaurant needs to run.
