A neighbourhood grocery store, deli and takeout kitchen focused on local food and producers. An open kitchen, dining, fresh and packaged retail displays, washrooms, storage and back-of-house all had to fit into a small footprint. The layout puts both the products and the kitchen on display, so shopping, eating and cooking happen in the same room. Designed and built by EDDA.
